New Purchase Online Shipping
Please allow one to two days after your order is received for shipping. We are happy to offer overnight delivery on all purchases over $300.00. For overnight shipping order must be received before 1:00pm PST Tuesday - Thursday. For orders taken on Monday please be advised that items will be shipped Monday for Tuesday. All overnight shipping will require an adult signature. We unfortunately are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Items under $300.00 will be UPS ground. All orders will receive a tracking number If items are needed urgently please follow up with an email to email@example.com. Your local state Taxes will apply according to your areas Tax codes.
Returns and Exchanges
Our policy lasts two weeks from the date of receipt. Merchandise credit or exchange is permitted to the original purchaser or gift recipient within 30 days of original purchase date with receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all stickers, hangtags, etc. intact.
To complete your return, we require an original Spitz Jewelers receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to Spitz Jewelers prior to receiving a return authorization.
Gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash.
Our 14 day return policy for December purchases will be extended to January 10th of the next calendar year.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your return has been processed, your refund will be issued, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, except in cases of cash payments which will be refunded by check only. This may take 4 - 6 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again and contact your credit card company. Delivery speed can vary from bank to bank. Once processed, it can sometimes still take time before your refund is available for use again. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
