numerous repairs, and even sold them some old jewelry for which they gave us a great price, especially after comparing with other jewelers.. the reason for writing this review today is that we just picked up a ring which they enlarged.. we had been to 4 other jewelers who said this ring could absolutely NOT be resized.. it is my mother's wedding ring from the 1940's with intricate pattern work in rose and yellow gold with rubies in the band.. i could understand give the complexity of the ring.. however, we thought we would give it one more try with them.. they did an amazing job resizing from size 7 to 8 1/4 and did it in a mere 4 days and charged us an extremely reasonable price for the resize.. we are thrilled from an emotional standpoint and also because every time we go there, everyone who works at the store is super nice and helpful.. they always ask if they can clean our rings at no charge.. these days it is sometime hard to find such excellent competence along with genuinely outstanding service.. thank you, spitz jewelers!!!"

my wife get the right sizes for her rings and asked how soon we needed the rings. After saying as soon as possible, they offered to have the rings ready the next day. On the way out they noticed my battered wedding band and rhodium plated it for free. The next day the rings were ready and looked flawless. I imagine other places might charge a bit less, but the customer service and work product are worth any difference in price. We will be back in the future."

has such an effervescent personality with just the right touch of professionalism that rid me of all my discomforts of being in such a high-end establishment. I went in on a Saturday to get my ring sized down to a 4. I was shocked when I was told the ring would be finished in an hour. I thought I was going to be without my ring for at least a week! That night, I was a little worried because the ring started to get much harder to put on and take off. By the morning, I could not fit my ring back onto my finger. I was devastated and worried about sizing my ring twice within a period of 24 hours. I went online to see when the next business day was, and it turns out Spitz is open on Sundays! I went in right as the store opened and met with Susan & explained to her my concerns. Once again, she took all of my worries away. They usually don't size on Sundays but Mr. Gary Spitz himself came out from the back to take a look at the ring and offered to resize it for me for same day service. When we asked what time they closed, they said "When the last customer leaves." When I came back to pick it up, it was ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. I'm in love and I will never buy my (future) diamonds & watches anywhere else!"

last month and have had wonderful experience with Spitz. Since he wanted me to be surprised, my fiancé only purchased the diamond so I could choose my own setting after the proposal. Spitz was very flexible with this and gave him a basic temporary setting with no money down! When he and I came back to choose my setting, Ofelia was an absolute delight to work with! Since he put so much down on the diamond we had a smaller budget for the setting. She never judged and as 100% willing to work within our budget. They were again flexible with us financing and always willing to work with us and make sure we were completely happy. I now have my complete setting (which I cannot stop staring at!) and will most certainly go back for my wedding band! Also, we never had an appointment and were frequent walk-ins which was never a problem!"
